INFORMATION QUESTIONS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Please be assured that we value your trust and strive to deliver products that meet your expectations. If for any reason you receive a product that significantly deviates from the picture or is unsatisfactory, we have a return and exchange policy in place to resolve such issues. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any concerns or inquiries you may have throughout the process.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
  1. Email: Check your email inbox for a confirmation email or receipt sent by the retailer or online platform. Look for keywords like "receipt," "order confirmation," or the name of the retailer.

  2. Account Dashboard: If you created an account with the retailer or online platform, log in to your account and navigate to your order history or account dashboard. Look for a section that displays your past orders or receipts.

  3. Order Confirmation Page: After completing your purchase, you may have been redirected to an order confirmation page. This page usually includes a summary of your purchase details and may provide an option to print or download a receipt.

How can I return an item?
  1. Review the Return Policy: Familiarize yourself with the retailer's return policy, which is usually available on their website or included in the order confirmation email. The policy will outline the time frame for returns, any specific conditions or requirements, and whether you'll be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  2. Check Eligibility: Ensure that your item is eligible for return based on the retailer's policy. Some items, such as personalized or perishable goods, may not be returnable.

  3. Prepare the Item: Gather the item you want to return and ensure it is in its original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Some retailers may require the item to be unused or unopened for a return.

  4. Initiate the Return: Depending on the retailer, you may need to initiate the return process online or contact their customer service. Look for a "Return," "Refunds," or "Customer Service" section on their website, or check the order confirmation email for return instructions. Provide the necessary information, such as your order number and reason for return.

  5. Choose a Return Method: Retailers may offer various return methods, including shipping the item back, drop-off at a local store, or using a prepaid shipping label. Follow the provided instructions to select the most convenient return method for you.

  6. Package and Ship the Item: If you're required to ship the item back, carefully package it to prevent damage during transit. Attach any provided return labels or postage and follow the instructions for shipping. Retain any tracking information for reference.

  7. Await Processing: Once the retailer receives the returned item, they will process the return according to their policy. This may involve inspecting the item and verifying its condition. Be patient during this process, as it may take a few days or weeks.

  8. Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange for the desired item. The exact timeline for refunds or exchanges can vary depending on the retailer and the payment method used.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Typically, retailers aim to restock popular or high-demand items to meet customer needs. However, there are situations where certain items may not be restocked due to factors such as limited availability, discontinuation by the manufacturer, or the retailer's specific policies.

Where can I ship my order?
  1. Domestic Shipping: This refers to shipping within your own country. You can typically provide your local address for delivery within the same country.

  2. International Shipping: If the retailer offers international shipping, you may have the option to select a different country or region as your shipping destination. In this case, you will need to provide the appropriate international shipping address.

  3. Store Pickup: Some retailers allow you to pick up your order from their physical store or a designated pickup location. In such cases, you can select a specific store or pickup point as your shipping destination.
